Module 1 will focus on addressing sugar addiction. We'll discuss why the addiction shouldn't be taken lightly and why it's SO difficult to break the dependence. We'll also spend time mapping a breakup plan of action, this will include specific instructions on how to prepare for the initial phase of your breakup. Finally, I'm going to walk you through an intense 3-day sugar detox- that way you'll walk away from week one with a big win!
